
Kristen Cahill is a partner and principal trial attorney at Zelli & Cahill. She has been involved in personal injury litigation throughout the duration of her legal career, during which she has successfully handled numerous injury claims involving auto accidents, construction accidents, negligent security, and pedestrian accidents. Ms. Cahill also handles foreclosure and matrimonial matters in Nassau and Suffolk county. In addition, Ms. Cahill heads up our No-Fault collection team and she serves as trial counsel to the No-Fault health care industry representing orthopedists, neurologists, physiatrists, psychologists, internists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, physical therapists, hospitals, multi-modality facilities, diagnostic testing centers, and ambulatory surgical centers.
Ms. Cahill earned her Juris Doctorate Degree from New York Law School in 2012. She is admitted to practice in all New York and New Jersey State Courts as well as the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. She holds memberships with the New York State Bar Association and the Suffolk County Bar Association.

Melissa Zelli is a founding member of Zelli & Cahill, PC. Being a business owner herself, she understands the hard work and efforts put into keeping your business afloat. With a background in small business litigation, she has represented a multitude of various business owners on Long Island in collecting debts for their goods and services rendered. Now focusing her area of practice in No-Fault law, she fights for medical service providers in a similar fashion . Skillfully resolving cases through negotiations, she prides herself in getting large out-of-court settlements for her clients quickly and effectively.
Melissa received her B.A. from St. Joseph's College where she graduated in the top of her class. She then attended law school at the Hofstra University School of Law and graduated in 2011. She is currently admitted to practice in New York State. She is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and the Suffolk County Women's Bar Association.
